Saturn Retrograde
Saturn is asking you to stand up, show up, take up space, and speak your truth but most importantly,
get your life together!
Saturn holds a gift for all of us to evolve…
Are you ready to open yours?
Saturn retrograde takes place once a year for about 4–5 months. When Saturn is direct, it is known to focus on the lessons of our external responsibility. When it goes retrograde, it dives into the waters of our internal accountability.
During this time, it expands us and encourages us to reset, rebuild the cracks in the foundations of the structure of our lives. Saturn is often known as the "Old Grandpa" full of wisdom, will not settle for excuses, and lays on strict accountability, rewarding you for hard effort and determination.
Saturn is asking you to learn through your experiences, slow down, and see how far and how well you have truly shown up for yourself if in fact you have. Saturn is asking you:
"Have you taken the accountability in your life that is needed to gift you the rewards of your hard work, reflection, and realignment?"
Or are you still repeating old patterns and cycles that reflect poor choices, lack of responsibility, and refusing to take accountability?
Saturn plays no games, and if you have yet to clean up your roots, to repot and regrow your foundation, Saturn won’t let things flow effortlessly toward you.
Saturn is the planet of Karma, and if something’s coming up again such as an old lesson, a repeated cycle, or a relationship that tests your boundaries this is not random. It’s Saturn doing a check-in to see if you have actually learned what your soul had blueprinted in you to learn. And if you have not learned, the cycles and patterns continue to go on in repetitive loops until you choose the next step of evolving.
This retrograde, as well as any retrograde, is not a punishment but a sacred time for renewal and taking moments to pause. Use retrogrades as a tool for reflection and a portal for evolution these moments are not here to make life harder but rather to help guide you inward to redirect your path. If you feel like things are slowing down, take it as a divine delay. Saturn works behind the scenes paving the way for opportunities, and remember:
A moment of "not yet" is simply to be addressed and understood because the foundation needs to be stronger before it can hold what is to come.
Push with consistency. Choose to recommit as many times as it needs even when it seems hard and undoable. Push. Show that you have that self-discipline. Show that you are worthy of what it is your soul truly desires.
This is not the time to avoid responsibilities, skip the stones, or refuse to acknowledge. Saturn is here to embrace you on your journey not shame.
This is a soul growth season a chance to dive within and get real with yourself. A time to soak in Saturn’s wisdom and tough, strict love, returning to what truly matters.
Saturn shows up for your glowup, speaking loud and clear:
"I see your potential now go act on it!"
Take this moment to reflect and restructure your life.
Ask yourself:
In what areas of my life am I turning away from truths and not fully owning up?
Why am I holding back from showing up fully?
Is what I’m creating built from stability and grounded in truth,
or is it rooted in survival mode thriving off denial, fear, and wishful thinking?
Are my daily habits and values aligned with the person I say I want to become?
Is my path chosen with intention,
or am I showing up with mismatched energy one foot in, one foot out?
