Who else is excited for this Super Full Moon in Taurus sitting at 13° in the middle decan.
Such a beautiful time to ground and nurture your soul, reconnect with your roots, and relight your inner core. This moon invites you to anchor yourself in what truly matters as we prepare for the stillness of the winter months.
This is a time to slow down, ground your energy, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Taurus is the “I have” of the zodiac a fixed sign that carries determined, steady, and loyal energy. It knows how to hold space for what it values but also knows when it’s time to move on from what no longer feels aligned.
Taurus rules the Second House, the area of life connected to self-worth, values, and security.
Ruled by Venus, the planet of love and beauty, Taurus reminds us to return to what truly fuels and nourishes our soul. As an Earth sign, it draws us back to grounding energy helping us feel safe, supported, and at peace with the life we are building.
You may feel a gentle nudge to realign with your soul’s calling and create space for anything that supports your well being during this time.
We’re also in the midst of cold season, and as I continue practicing and learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I find it fascinating how beautifully it aligns with astrology.Take time to nourish yourself with herbal teas and root vegetables that bring inner warmth and restore your yin energy.
As we move into the winter season, the Water element (Kidney/Bladder) becomes dominant. It’s crucial to keep the Water element strong so it can support, rather than over control, the Fire element (Heart/Small Intestine). When our Water element over controls Fire, it presents as insomnia, fatigue, and sugar cravings as the body seeks quick energy.
Disease shows up when energy becomes stagnant. Supporting movement, warmth, and eating salty, pungent foods will help move stagnation and restore our balance within the winter months.
This Full Moon isn’t so much about letting go, but about coming home to yourself mind, body, and soul.
As we bask in this grounding energy, remember we’re also quickly approaching Mercury Retrograde, beginning on November 9th.
Mercury Retrograde isn’t a time to fear it’s simply a sacred pause that brings things to the surface for reflection and readjustment. Allow it to guide you gently toward clarity, closure, and conscious communication.
Now go brew your cauldron with guidance and love, and brush those meridians off to cleanse your aura.🌿💫
